How to make long hair stand straight up stiff

Today is “Weird Hair Day” at my job. What can I use to make my longish (past shoulders) hair stand srtaight up & stay up for 12 hours?

Thanks, everyone! Nonya — a big thanks to you! I color/harass my own hair constantly and still manage to make it look good. Living in the desert helps: low humidity means zero frizz!
Grab each section of your hair, about an inch wide, and pull it up straight. Take a fine tooth comb or teasing comb and comb from the roots, but comb down towards your scalp.
Continue this thoroughly all the way to the tips and hair spray in place. Do this all over and finish off with more spray.
It might help to pull gel or wax through the hair before and after.
