What is the series of Science fiction novels that has China ruling
the world in the future?
There is a group of books that has China ruling the world and they live in these cities high in the sky. The people on the ground are barbaric types but they find a genius among the masses down there and bring him up to the cities to work. Does anyone know the name of the author? I read a few but never finished the series.
