I turned on my computer and makes the startup sound, but theres just a folder with a flash point question. I tried resetting the PRAM. I tried to keep alt at boot, but only a cursor appears.
I put the installation disc is ejected, but only himself. I tried to keep the change, but does not work. I have tried all the Apple support page and in the manual, but nothing works. How I can solve this problem or should I bring to the Apple store?
