how do you prevent your pad from sticking to you when you stand up

sometimes when i stand up my pad sticks to me and is very uncomfortable and i have to try to shake it off with out any one noticing or adjust my undies with out any one noticing
also when i set down it some times sticks to me and is very uncomfortable and i cant get good air down there it happened one time during a test AHH! does any one else have this problem and how do you fix it
Well when I put my pad on I make sure the wings are folded down right so it won’t stick. Then when I pull my pants up sometimes it lays funny so I push it down with my hand in a fist so there is room there and it’s not touching me, that seems to work and it doesn’t bother me anymore.
