how can i stop being afraid to have stage presence

i drum in a band, and wev played live like 12 times, and im really boring to watch, i want to headbang and move around more but i am just to afraid to do it onstage
Just give it time, and it will probably be much better over
time. That said, it will usually help a great deal do concentrate only on the task at hand, in other word the music and your drumming.
When you focus on how you look and outside things like the audience, you will usually get more nervous and stiff 
It takes time to get really good at anything – playing live is no exception. Just play and you will slowly and surely get into the groove and find your own style
