This is a 1994 cadillac Eldorado’s, and I took it to auto zone and they said they don’t put the code machine on anything younger than 1996.

The service ride control means there is a problem with the air suspension system. There is an air pump, a height sensor and adjustable struts.
The service needed soon is a maintenance reminder.
Get under the vehicle and check for broken/rubbed through air lines.
On a vehicle that old the air pump could also be bad.
