How to loosen up tension in an arm

My arm is very tense (not the twitching one) and I would like to know if anybody knows an exercise or stretch to loosen and relax it up.
I’m a snare drummer and we’ve been drumming 10 hours a day for the past few days.
You can massage it yourself or have a friend do it. Also a good stretch is putting your arm across your chest so that your hand is on your opposite shoulder, then with your free hand, push your elbow towards your body gently.
I always say when it comes to relaxing muscles though, the cheapest and most effective way is an epsom salt bath. Only a couple bucks for an entire bag and you only throw a bit of it in each time.
