How do you do a kick double basket

ha hmm i’m guessing your a cheerleader so am i and these are like my expertise.
its hard to explain but i start to the back and kick to the side laniding to the angle/side and when you kick keep your chest up!! make a diagonal with your arms right up left back so when you wrap you spin tight and fast. my allstar coach told me (when i was frist learning them) if i didnt learn to get my back arm out i would never double. just push off like a normal basket ride and spin and stay in the spin pull your upper body and leg(lower body) together, dont drop your shoulder and dive. do them on a trampoline it literally fixed me and i learned it right away!! they take practice you have to find the “groove” of them and then they come natural
