McCollum won’t appeal homosexual adoption case
TALLAHASSEE (NSF)—Attorney General Bill McCollum said Thursday he will let stand a 3rd District Court
of Appeal decision legalizing adoption by homosexuals in Florida, rather than appeal the case to the
Florida Supreme Court.
